Dear Youth & Young Adult Ministry,

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  I am so excited about what God is doing in and through the lives of our young people.  As a father, it gives me great honor to have the privilege of watching you all grow and develop into positive, energetic and replicable young men and women.  As a Bishop, it gives me great honor to watch you grow and develop into innovative, sound minded and intelligent young men and women of God, who will make a considerable contribution to the body of Christ.

            More than anything, I want you to know that as your father in the ministry, I am concerned about the things that concern you.  So that we may develop a youth ministry that you can benefit from, it is important for me to know what your needs are.  Let’s work together to revolutionize youth services, and how we minister to our young people.  In unison, we want to put a ministry in place that will also help meet the needs of those that come behind you in the years to come.  I am open to hearing your honest comments and opinions, as together, we assemble a life changers youth & young adult ministry.

            I strongly believe that with your help, we can evangelize the sinner, edify the saint and exalt the Savior.  God is doing a very powerful work in our ministry, and this is your chance to be a part of something special.  I look forward to watching each and every one of you prosper and emerge into the awesome men and women of God that you will become.  You can only imagine how excited I am to see you successful financially, emotionally, physically and spiritually.  You are a special group of young people, who are radical and on fire for the Lord, and charisma is going to help turn a generation around, and it starts with all of us working together.  I count it an honor to pastor a people as great as you are.
